How does Check24 work with Holidu?

Check24 bookings are handled through Holidu, so you don't need to manage them separately.

• Holidu manages guest payments, booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations for Check24 bookings.
• Payouts and invoices are processed through Holidu, just like with other distribution channels.
• Your listing follows the main cancellation policy you set in Holidu. Changes apply across all distribution channels except Booking.com and Airbnb, where you can set specific policies.

What happens if a Check24 booking is cancelled?

Cancellations for Check24 bookings follow the same process as any other Holidu booking cancellation.

How can I find my property on Check24?

Search for your listing on the Check24 website at https://ferienwohnung.check24.de/.

• Enter the city name and navigate to your property's location on the map.
• Search for available dates, as your listing only appears when dates are open.

Can I opt out of Check24?

We recommend keeping Check24 active, as it supports your booking potential with no extra effort on your part. If you prefer not to list your property there, you can deactivate the channel in the "Distribution channels" tab by clicking "Channel terms" and then "Deactivate channel" at the bottom of the page.
