You can activate Holidu Protect individually for each of your properties. To turn it on, log in to your Holidu Host account, open the property configuration, and complete the activation steps under Pricing & Protection. Once activated, Holidu Protect applies to all future bookings at that property.

How to activate Holidu Protect

1. Log in to your Holidu Host account and go into the property configuration of the holiday home you want to protect.
2. Click on Pricing & Protection in the property settings. Then click Configure in the section "Protect your Property".
3. Read through the information and accept the Terms & Conditions.
4. Click on "Activate Holidu Protect". You will see a confirmation that Holidu Protect was activated successfully.

What happens after activation

After confirming, Holidu Protect is immediately active for all future bookings at that property. If you have security deposits in place, they will be deactivated.

If you would like to deactivate Holidu Protect for a specific property, you can reach out to the Holidu Customer Happiness Team through the Holidu Help Center for assistance.
