How do I add arrival instructions?

1. Log in to your Holidu Hosts account and select your property.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Configuration.
3. Scroll down and select Arrival Information.
4. In the Contact Information section, click Edit to add the name, phone number, and email of the person responsible for check-in.
5. In the Arrival Information section, click Edit to add key collection details, directions, and any other check-in instructions.
6. Click Save.

Can I improve my arrival instructions with AI?

Yes. While editing the Arrival Information section, click Improve with AI. This tool rewrites your instructions into a clear, structured format. Guests receive the improved version in their confirmation emails.

How do I translate my arrival instructions?

After saving, use the Language Selector to translate your instructions into all supported languages. If a guest's language is available, they automatically receive the translated version.

What should I do if I change my arrival instructions after a booking?

Holidu does not notify existing guests about updated arrival details. If you change your arrival instructions after a booking is made, contact those guests personally to share the changes.
