What are the steps to create a new property listing?

1. Log in to your Holidu account and click "Properties."
2. Click "+ Add Property" in the top left corner (desktop) or "+ Add" in the bottom right corner (app).
3. Choose whether your property is a single structure (one dwelling unit) or a multi-unit property (several units at the same address).
4. Answer whether your property is already listed on a booking platform, such as Booking.com or Airbnb. If yes, you can import some listing information to set up faster.
5. Enter a clear, easy-to-understand property name.
6. Select your property type (for example, apartment, villa, chalet, or vacation home) and set the maximum number of guests.
7. Enter the full property address and move the map pin to the exact location.
8. If you are a property manager, enter the email address of the host account linked to the property.

What should I do after creating my property?

Your property is now created with its basic information. Complete the listing by adding photos, descriptions, and other details. When it is ready, click "Request Publication." Your Account Manager will then contact you to finalize the details and publish your listing on distribution channels.

Are there any guest capacity limits?

Your maximum guest count cannot exceed the total sleeping places you configure for your rooms and beds. You cannot set a minimum number of guests. Hotel rooms and rentals where the host lives on-site during the guest's stay cannot be listed.
