To list your property on Holidu, first confirm it is in one of our covered countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Germany, France, Austria, or Croatia. Then create your host account at holidu.com/host, click "Create a new property," and complete the setup.

How do I list my property step by step?

1. Check that your property is located in one of our covered countries.
2. Create your host account at holidu.com/host. If you already use a separate channel manager, you can still submit the form.
3. Click "Create a new property" and enter your details, including address, photos, and amenities.
4. Submit the required documents, such as your business license or NRA in Spain, along with your bank and identity information.

When will my listing go live?

Every new listing is reviewed by our team before it is published. Once approved, you will receive an email, and your property will be visible on Holidu and partner sites. Review times vary, so contact our Sales team if you have not heard back after several business days.

Why is my property not published yet?

• The property is outside our covered countries.
• Required property details, such as the address, photos, or amenities, are missing.
• Legal documents or account verification are incomplete.

How can I contact the Sales team?

Email sales@holidu.com with your name, phone number, and the location of your property. If your property is not in a covered country yet, we will contact you when we expand to your area.
