Holidu charges one combined commission per booking. It covers channel, processing, and Holidu fees, and it is already included in the price the guest pays, so there are no hidden surprises. A commission invoice is generated automatically for each booking and added to your account.
What does the commission include?
All costs for a booking are combined into a single commission, where applicable to your account. Any commission is reflected in your net earnings, which are shown on both the booking invoice and the booking details.
Do extra fees change the commission?
Extra fees you configure may be included in the total price shown to the guest or charged on site, depending on the booking channel and fee type. Partner channels such as Airbnb or Booking.com may also apply their own commission or service fees on top of the base price you set in Holidu, so the price guests see there may differ slightly.
Does VAT apply?
Depending on your VAT status, your invoice may include VAT. You can read more in our article on VAT.
