How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled booking?

If your reservation is cancelled and you are eligible for a refund, it is sent to the original payment method you used when booking. For bookings processed by Holidu, the refund should appear in your bank account within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your bank's processing speed. Who processes your refund depends on where you made your booking.

Who processes my refund?

I booked directly with Holidu

Holidu processes your refund. Once your booking is cancelled, any applicable refund is sent to your original payment method. It should appear in your account within 2 to 4 business days.

I booked through Booking.com

Your refund depends on the payment option you chose when booking:

• Pay Now: Booking.com manages your refund entirely. Any applicable refund is processed directly by Booking.com. For help with timing, please contact Booking.com customer service by chat or phone.
• Pay On: Holidu processes your refund. Any applicable refund is sent to your original payment method and should appear in your account within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your bank.

I booked through Airbnb
