There are few services in the village, but a short drive will take you to Colonia de Sant Pere with a grocery store and restaurants.
More services are available in Artà, Cala Ratjada, or Can Picafort, all accessible by car. We recommend visiting the picturesque old town of Artà or Capdepera, and the beaches of Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla, and the urban beach of Son Moll. As you step into the villa's exterior, you'll be greeted by an impressive private saltwater pool, measuring 9x5 meters with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.5 meters, all set against the majestic Artà mountains.
Relax on one of the 6 comfortable sun loungers by the pool, refresh yourself with the outdoor shower, or simply enjoy the well-maintained garden with lawn and a variety of Mediterranean plants.
Additionally, you can enjoy exciting ping-pong matches on the table located outdoors.
A furnished porch offers a perfect spot for relaxation, complete with a hanging hammock and a mobile barbecue for delicious outdoor meals.
Furthermore, a beautiful glass-enclosed terrace, equipped with comfortable sofas and a dining area, provides an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors even on cooler days. Inside the villa, spread over two floors, you will find a cozy and well-equipped space for your comfort.
On the ground floor, a bright living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and a music system invites you to relax, while two bedrooms offer accommodation for up to 4 people.
A full bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer completes this floor. On the upper floor, a spacious dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen offers the perfect space to enjoy home-cooked meals.
From the partially covered upper terrace, you can delight in panoramic views of the pool, the surrounding forest, and the sea on the horizon.
The kitchen features all necessary appliances, including a gas hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher.
Additionally, an office area with a desk and computer, as well as a pellet stove, adds an extra touch of comfort.
The master bedroom, open to this office area, has a comfortable double bed and a smaller television.
Separately, there is a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

Please note: There is a tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is EUR 2.2 per night per person in high season and EUR 0.55 per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link with a Visa/MasterCard.
This payment is mandatory. Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information will be sent by email.
