Charming Apartment in the Heart of Palma
An "Interior Tourism" registered apartment, located in a landmark building in the historic center of Palma de Mallorca, next to Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully renovated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character.
Inside, elegant elements of contemporary design are combined with original details of traditional Mallorcan architecture, also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
Upon request, we can install a crib for an additional cost of €10/day. If you require it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Parking: Parking is available upon request and at an additional cost, subject to availability. House Rules Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty. Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay. Kindly respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and using them quietly. Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited. In case of complaints from neighbors due to noise or inappropriate behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment at any time, without a refund of the reservation fee, and may also retain the security deposit. Booking Conditions A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay and returned after departure once the apartment has been inspected.
In case of damage to the property, loss of keys, or excessive trash left behind, or if the apartment is left in an inadequately clean condition, applicable charges may be incurred, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary. Check-in time: from 2:00 PM. Check-out time: until 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The number of guests shall not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the reservation. Additional Information The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents.
If you plan to access by car, the Priority Villas agency can manage the circulation permit with the City Council.
You only need to notify us in advance that you will be arriving by car and provide us with the vehicle's license plate number, and we will handle the process. Beautiful and spacious apartment. Best location near the cathedral and walking distance to very good restaurants. We rented through Priority and would use them again. They are very efficient and attentive to our needs.

We wanted to stayed in Palma old town and Vintage Palma Palace was a great choice. We loved the location. There are many restaurants and shops around. Only few min away from the Cathedral. Communication with agent was excellent. They gave us plenty of information. Also they provide us permission for the car access to the villa in a very short notice.
