During the day, we are available for any needs, and important emergencies are handled at night to ensure guests' peace of mind. – Check-in and check-out are conducted in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, resolving any questions, and handling the key handover and collection. – Upon booking, guests will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transportation services, and other complementary services, all integrated into the reservation confirmation. House rules and timings: – Check-in: from 4:00 PM. – Check-out: until 10:00 AM. – No parties or events allowed. – No pets allowed. Note 1.

Fantastic views, great outdoor area with the swimming pool, barbaque area etc. Somewhat dated house, furniture and appliances, but clean and tidy, and everything working well. Great space in all bedrooms and bathrooms. All in all very good value for money for an autumn stay.

This is one of the rare houses which is more beautifull in reality than on the pictures. The organisation was really nice - we had a very warm welcome and eveything went Perfect. The location is close to Pollenca, Puerto Pollenca and there is a lot of beautifull things to see in the close surrounding. Very reccomendable.

We were positively surprised of the nice outdoor area surrounding the house. The cleaning service was perfect and general location was also great (alcudia/pt. pollensa). There are restrictions on the airconditioning so be sure to ask for full control of that beforehand. We have had a great time at this property.
